By using Budget Together, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Budget Together is a personal finance tracking tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Subscriptions

Budget Together offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro") that provide additional features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (budgets, transactions, categories). By using shared budgets, you grant other invited members read access to the shared budget's data.

Shared Budgets

When you invite others to a shared budget, all members can view and add transactions. The budget owner can remove members and delete the budget. If you leave or are removed from a shared budget, you lose access to its data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
Reverse engineer or modify the app
Use the app to store sensitive financial credentials (bank passwords, credit card numbers, etc.)

Disclaimer

Budget Together is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of exchange rates, calculations, or insights. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Together and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or financial decisions made based on app data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
